Project Reporting
Grantee reports help REFBC to assess our overall impact and fine-tune our grant program and funding priorities.
All interim and final project reporting should be submitted through REFBC’s online reporting forms. The project contact(s) we have on file for the grant will be emailed a custom, secure direct link to your online reporting form, 30 days in advance of your due date. If you need to update your project contacts or wish to access your custom report link more than 30 days in advance of your due date, email grants@refbc.ca with your grant number in the subject line.
Many people like to draft their answers in a Word document or Excel sheet so that they can collaborate with other team members, and then copy and paste into the online reporting form. We’ve provided Word and Excel versions of the forms and questions we use.
Note that the final report form is intended for completion after the grant project, as described in the approved application, is fully completed. If a report due date is approaching but the project is not fully completed, please contact REFBC to discuss whether an extension should be granted.
If you have any questions regarding the reporting forms, please email grants@refbc.ca and one of our grants team members will be happy to assist you. You can also contact the grants manager named on your grant approval letter directly.
